Support Hours

MOREnet Video support hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Services include assisting with connectivity issues, validations, training, scheduling and streaming support.

Upon request, on-call telephone support is available Monday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Email is not monitored. On-call support pertains to only bridged events and live streaming events scheduled at least two weeks in advance. On-call support must be specifically requested by the member contact and confirmed by MOREnet via email.

On-call services are limited to assisting with connectivity issues related to active conferences only and supporting live streams.

MOREnet observes all University of Missouri holidays.

While every effort is made to answer each incoming call, in the event of a major outage or unusually high call volume, members may receive voicemail, especially outside of normal support hours. Voicemails are monitored and will be responded to as soon as possible during support hours and requested on-call events.

Members should schedule their videoconferences via MOREnet’s Renovo self-scheduling software interface, available 24/7/365. Regardless of video support hours, MOREnet’s centralized videoconference bridging service allows videoconferences to be scheduled and conducted at any time.

NOTE: Members must have a Video Technical Contact available at their site during all videoconferences to assist MOREnet with troubleshooting.
