I had an opportunity to chat with Dwight Schell, the Director of Technology for South Harrison school district earlier this week. With planning for FY24 connectivity underway and E-rate Form 479 requests happening in the next couple of weeks, we had a quick conversation about E-rate assistance available through MOREnet.
Not only does Dwight often attend the workshops conducted by Chris Schneider, Missouri’s State E-rate Coordinator, he will also often take the recorded webinars and play them on one screen while filling out his forms on the other screen. He shared, “Chris does an excellent job of walking us through the process; following along with his webinar answers questions before I have them.”
In the video here, Dwight shares the appreciation he has for this service, as well as the other subject matter experts he has access to as a MOREnet Consortium member.
He smiled when he said, “I can do my job well by the grace of God, the power of Google and the people at MOREnet.”
