Our friends over at University of Missouri Extension are conducting a research survey in cooperation with the Missouri Office of Broadband Development. They are using anonymous feedback to help guide the state’s internet expansion and training efforts and are particularly interested in hearing feedback from populations over 18 who also are lower-income, non-white, underserved, elderly, disabled, veterans, limited English and/or are previously incarcerated.
